who we are
Sacred Strategic was co-founded by Jennifer Estevez and Woody van Horn, longtime collaborators who came together through a shared vision: to create a consulting practice that bridges high-integrity business strategy with the transformational path of plant medicine, mindfulness, and personal evolution.
Jennifer Estevez
Jennifer Estevez is a strategist, advisor, and former CEO with nearly 20 years of experience in branding, marketing, communications, and business development. She has worked across the food, hospitality, wellness, CPG, nonprofit, and social impact sectors — supporting startups, plant-based companies, retreat centers, and mission-driven organizations.
After leading multiple ventures, Jennifer transitioned into consulting to offer more focused support behind the scenes — and to create more space for study, travel, and meaningful collaboration. Her work is known for its clarity, precision, and ability to bring vision into actionable structure.
In parallel to her consulting practice, Jennifer lives in the Sacred Valley of Peru, where she studies Huachuma, Tobacco, Chinese Medicine, Buddhism, and Hermetic philosophy. While not part of Sacred Strategic offerings, this path informs her approach to leadership and business — values-driven, human-centered, and built for long-term alignment.

Woody van Horn
Woody van Horn is an operations and finance strategist with two decades inside the dining rooms, cellars, and back offices of American hospitality — from the Culinary Institute of America through executive roles with plant-based companies, ethical CPG brands, retreat centers, and spiritually-oriented organizations.
Through WvH Hospitality LLC, founded in 2017, Woody runs the books, builds the operations, and engineers the AI stack that holds them together for small, particular businesses. Known for clear thinking and a systems-first approach, he specializes in bookkeeping and the monthly close, payroll and labor strategy, entity formation, and workflow automation — integrating tools like QuickBooks Online, Gusto, Trainual, and Monday.com, alongside Claude-powered agents his practice builds in-house. A student of Hermetic wisdom, he believes a small business, like any great work, proceeds by solve et coagula — dissolve what does not serve, then quietly recompose what does.
After closing their previous ventures to create a more distilled offering, Jennifer and Woody launched Sacred Strategic to support others walking a similar path — founders, facilitators, and organizations committed to growth that’s thoughtful, values-aligned, and structurally sound.
